Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• E-mail Address on account
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• Country (if outside USA)
• ZIP/Postal Code

Follow these steps:

1. Get a new email together requesting to cancel your account
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Address your email to [email protected]
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.twoo.com/
2. Log in with email address and password
3. Click on the link or button that says Settings
4. Click on the link or button that says Edit
5. Click on the link or button that says Delete Account
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
