• Username

• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://twitter.com/
2. Log in with Username or Email Address and Password
3. Click on the link or button that says Your Icon in the top right corner
4. Click on the link or button that says “Settings and Privacy”
5. Scroll down the page and find “Deactivate your account”
6. Put in your information where requested
7. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
