• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Get a new email together including your account information
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. Address your email to [email protected]

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.whatsapp.com/contact/?subject=messenger
2. Put in your information where requested
3. Request cancellation in message box
4. Click on the link or button that says next step
5. Click on the link or button that says send question

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call (866) 751-3284
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
