• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region

• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: loveandseek.com
2. Log in with Email and Password
3. Click on the link or button that says your username in the top right
4. Pick “My Account” from the menu
5. Scroll down the page and find “Account Status”
6. Click on the link or button that says “View Account Status”
7. Click on the link or button that says “More Account Status Changes”
8. Click on the link or button that says “Remove Automatic Renewal”
9. Put in your information where requested and follow the prompts carefully to finish your cancellation
10. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 866-727-8920
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
