• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: Facebook.com
2. Log in with email and password
3. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.facebook.com/settings
4. Click on the link or button that says “Your Facebook Information” on the left side bar
5. Click on the link or button that says “View” under “Delete your account and information”
6. Scroll down the page and find “Delete account”
7. Click on the link or button that says “Delete account” and Put in your password
8. You must refrain from logging into your account for 14 full days before Facebook will completely delete it
