3. Scroll down the page and find “My Settings”
4. Click on the link or button that says “My Settings”
5. Click on the link or button that says “Account Settings”
6. Scroll down the page and find “Cancel My Subscription” or “Close Account”
7. Click on the link or button that says “Cancel My Subscription” or “Close Account”
8. Give the rep your account info when they ask
9. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
