Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• E-mail Address on account
• The Full name of the High School you attended
• The Year That You Graduated from High School
• The City and State or Province of your High School.

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: http://www.classmates.com/
2. Click on the link or button that says the button that says ‘SIGN IN’
3. Log in with email and password
4. Scroll up the page and find the gear icon
5. Click on the link or button that says the gear icon
6. Click on the link or button that says “Account”
7. Click on the link or button that says “Email subscriptions”
8. Click on the link or button that says each box on the page and select “unsubscribe”
9. Scroll up the page and find “Personal Information”
10. Click on the link or button that says “Personal information”
11. Click on the link or button that says the box next to “Show my information” to uncheck it
12. Scroll up the page and find “Billing”
13. Click on the link or button that says “Billing”
14. Scroll down the page and find “Account information”
15. Click on the link or button that says “Turn off automatic renewal”
16. Click on the link or button that says “yes” to confirm
17. Scroll down the page and find the credit card information section
18. Click on the link or button that says “Delete credit card”

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 206-301-5700
2. Pick phone menu option 1
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Give the rep your account info when they ask
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
6. Request to be refunded
7. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
8. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
