Amazon Fresh is an additional service that members in certain cities can add to their Amazon Prime membership. Some US cities have Amazon Fresh available, and outside the US the service is available in London, Tokyo, Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. The service offers various specific grocery items from grocery stores in the area as well as a subset of other items from the regular Amazon.com storefront. Meal kits are also available and some locations also have Amazon Fresh Pickup which allows the member to arrive at the store pickup location and have their items loaded into their vehicle rather than having items delivered to their home. Orders containing over $35.00 worth of items are delivered free in most areas, while orders under that threshold will be billed $9.99 for delivery. Members may check if Amazon Fresh is available in their area on Amazon’s website and if available free delivery is automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout. Amazon Fresh is available only as an add-on service to an existing Amazon Prime membership, The service is linked to the Prime membership account and uses the preferred payment method and settings in place for the Prime account but is billed separately. There is a 30 day free trial for Fresh, similar to the one available for Amazon Prime, after which the member will be billed automatically each month until the service is cancelled. Amazon Fresh bills at $14.99 per month. Amazon Fresh will automatically cancel if Prime is cancelled but it can also be cancelled independently and can be cancelled at any time without penalty. 2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
