• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.walmart.com/help
2. Click on the link or button that says the chat bubble in the bottom right corner
3. Click on the link or button that says the text box and type “agent”
4. Give the rep your account info when they ask
5. Pick “Start Chat”
6. Give the rep your account info when they ask
7. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
8. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
9. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.walmart.com/plus
2. Click on the link or button that says “Sign In” at the top right corner
3. Log in with email and password
4. Scroll down the page and find “Manage MY Membership”
5. Scroll down the page and find “Cancel Walmart+ Membership”
