The Unlimited Basic plan includes unlimited talk, text, and 5GB of 4G LTE data, 500MB LTE of mobile hotspot, DVD-quality video streaming (480p), text and data in more 200 worldwide destinations, and a Hulu subscription. It is $60 per month. Unlimited Plus is $70 per month and includes unlimited talk, text, and 10GB of data, text, and data in more than 200 worldwide destinations, 5GB LTE of mobile hotspot, HD video streaming (1080p), and Hulu and Tidal subscriptions. Unlimited Premium is $80 per month and includes unlimited talk, text, and data, along with text and data in more than 200 worldwide destinations. It also includes full HD video streaming, 100GB LTE of mobile hotspots, and subscriptions to Amazon Prime, Hulu, Tidal, and Lookout. 3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
