• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Verbal Password

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 866-484-4800
2. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process and you will be given instructions
3. Get a new email together and include your account information
4. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel in your email
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number in your email
6. Address your email to [email protected]
7. You may need to wait up to 72 hours before continuing. It can take some time to process your email.
8. Using your phone, call 866-484-4800 again after the 72 hours
9. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel and let them know you already sent in the email
10. Give the rep your account info when they ask
11. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
