Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• What product do you have
• Email address on the account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=cups
2. Click on the link or button that says “Billing & Subscriptions”
3. Click on the link or button that says “Subscriptions and Purchases”
4. Click on the link or button that says “View, change, or cancel subscriptions”
5. Click on the link or button that says “Chat”
6. Put your info into the sections where it’s requested
7. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
8. Give the rep your account info when they ask
9. Request to be refunded
10. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
11. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
