Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• E-mail Address on account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. Get a new email together requesting to cancel your account
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. Address your email to [email protected]
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.grammarly.com/
2. Click on the link or button that says “Log in” in the upper right hand corner of the page
3. Log in with email address and password
4. Scroll down the page and find the “Subscription” tab on the left side
5. Click on the link or button that says “Manage Subscription”
6. Click on the link or button that says “Cancel future billing”
7. Scroll down the page and find the “confirm cancellation” button
8. Click on the link or button that says the “confirm cancellation” button
9. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
