Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.care.com/
2. Log in with Email and password
3. Click on the link or button that says Account and Settings
4. Scroll down the page and find Membership Information Section
5. Click on the link or button that says Close Account
6. Click on the link or button that says No thanks, cancel my membership
7. Click on the link or button that says a reason for why you are closing your account.
8. Click on the link or button that says Continue

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call (877) 227-3115
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
