• First Name
• Last Name
• E-mail Address on account
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)

Follow these steps:

2. Click on the link or button that says the button that says “Live Chat”
3. Click on the link or button that says the chat window that opens in the bottom right of the screen
4. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
5. Give the rep your account info when they ask
6. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
7. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
8. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
