• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://vrv.co/account/memberships
2. Log in with username and password
3. Scroll down the page and find the subscription you want to cancel
4. Click on the link or button that says “cancel” in the subscription’s box
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
