Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address on the account
• Password
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge
• Last 4 Digits of the Card Being Charged

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: showtime.com
2. Click on the link or button that says sign in at the top right of the page
3. Log in with email and password
4. Click on the link or button that says the profile icon at the top right of the page
5. Scroll down the page and find “Account Settings”
6. Click on the link or button that says “Account Settings”
7. Click on the link or button that says the subscription option
8. Scroll down the page and find “Cancel your subscription”
9. Click on the link or button that says “Cancel your subscription”
10. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 1-855-746-4778
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
