2. Pick phone menu option 4
3. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process
4. Get a new email together containing all of your account information
5. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel within the email

7. wait 2-3 days for your cancellation to be processed, then call back to confirm that your account is cancelled
