Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Do you have unopened product you wish to return for credit
• Name of Product Ordered

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 1-888-592-4498
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
5. Request to be refunded
6. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
7. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

1. Get a new email together requesting to close your account
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask in the email
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Request to be refunded
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
6. Address your email to [email protected]
7. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
