The Platinum Fitness facilities are located in Livermore, CA; Pleasanton, CA; and Dublin, CA. The gym also has a team of trusted fitness experts, health coaches, and personal trainers. Together, you and a fitness coach can work together to go over your fitness goals and help you achieve them.

Platinum Fitness offers various features to ensure that you have the best fitness experience. There is a range of free weights and cable machines, as well as state-of-the-art treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, and much more. On most days of the week, Platinum Fitness offers an array of group training and classes, which includes Kickboxing, Cardio, 360 Circuit Training, Circuit Training, Resistance Training, Nutritional Training, MMA Fitness, and TRX Suspension Training. Personal Training is also available, which will allow you to work one-on-one with a Personal Trainer to achieve your health goals. Platinum Fitness is opened 24/7, allowing you to work out when it works best with your schedule.

Membership pricing is affordable. The 1-year membership is $25 per month plus a one-time initiation fee of $99. It has a 12-month commitment. The 2-year membership is $19 per month plus a one-time initiation fee of $99. It has a 24-month commitment. A “Paid in Full” membership is $399 per year. There is a processing fee of $99. All plans include unlimited use of cardio, strength, and 360 circuit training equipment. It has a 12-month commitment.   1. Get a letter together and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and keep a copy for your records.
  2. Send the letter, making sure to use Certified mail, to the address provided to you by the gym
  3. Using your phone, call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
  4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
  5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
