Follow these steps:

2. Click on the link or button that says the blue “Sign in” button at the top right corner of the page
3. Log in with username and password
4. Click on the link or button that says your name in the top right corner
5. Click on the link or button that says “My account” in the drop down menu
6. Click on the link or button that says “Manage membership”
7. Scroll down the page and find the cancel option at the bottom of the page
8. Click on the link or button that says the cancel option at the bottom of the page
9. Give the rep your account info when they ask
10. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call 1- 888-813-0008
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request to be refunded
5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
