• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.paypal.com/us/home
2. Log in with email and password
3. Click on the link or button that says the gear icon in the top right of the page
4. Scroll down the page and find Account Options
5. Click on the link or button that says The Close Account Option

2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
