Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Account Number
• Date Of Birth
• Phone Number on Account
• Address of your Gym
• Address 1
• City
• State
• Zip
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call the phone number of the gym you most frequently attend or signed up at
2. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
5. if instructed, you may need to send a certified letter to the gym. Ask for the address and follow our other set of instructions for more on how to accomplish that!
6. You may need to call back a few days later to ensure your account was cancelled.
7. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Get a letter together and include your account information as we’ve listed. Also include your email address.
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel within the body of the letter
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number in reply to your letter. Sign and date your letter.
4. Send the letter, making sure to use Certified mail, to the address given to you by the gym on the phone.
5. Using your phone, call the phone number of the gym a few days after your certified letter tracking shows it’s been received by the gym to ensure your account is cancelled
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
