• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website:  https://jobulator-help.frontlineeducation.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
2. Put in your information where requested and include your account information
3. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
