EOS Fitness is a fitness gym franchise. It was founded in 2005. The headquarters are located in Scottsdale, AZ. Since 2017, EOS Fitness has been accredited with the Better Business Bureau. It has an “A-” rating on the Better Business Bureau. EOS Fitness is only located in the United States, in Arizona, California, Utah, Nevada, and Florida. There are facilities located in Arizona, in the cities of Phoenix, Avondale, Chandler, Gilbert, Goodyear, Glendale, Mesa, Scottsdale, and Tempe. In California, there are locations in Encinitas, Murrieta, Oceanside, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, San Diego, Santa Ana, and Temecula. In Nevada, there are locations in Las Vegas and Henderson. In Utah, there are facilities in Kaysville, Layton, Ogden, Roy, and Syracuse. The Florida locations are coming soon. EOS Fitness strives to give its members the best fitness experience. There is state-of-the-art equipment for members to work out on to achieve their weight-loss and fitness goals. EOS Fitness is available to any and everyone, but you must be at least 13 years of age to attend the gym. When signing up for unlimited VIP Guest option, all guests must be 18 years of age or older, or 16 years of age or older with a legal guardian. EOS offers multiple classes, including Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills CXWORX, Les Mills GRIT Strength, Barre, Freedom Barre, Barre Plus, R.I.P.P.E.D., Zumba, Step Athletic, Sports Conditioning, Cardio Blast, Kickboxing, Heat Circuit, Insanity, P90X, Core De Force, Silver Sneakers, Yoga, and many more. Certified Mail

Follow these steps:

  1. Get a letter together and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
  2. Send the letter, making sure to use Certified mail, to the address provided to you by the gym
  3. Using your phone, call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
  4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
  5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

  2. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process
  3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
  4. Ask if you are in a contract or free to cancel
