• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address on the account
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• First 6 and Last 4 digits of the Credit you are being charged on

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: http://dataentrycart.com/
2. Click on the link or button that says “Live Chat” at the top of the page
3. Put in your information where requested
4. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
5. Give the rep your account info when they ask
6. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
7. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
8. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again by asking the rep explicitly
5. Request to be refunded
6. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
