Crunch Fitness is a fitness club chain. It was founded in 1989 by Doug Levine. Doug Levine was a former stockbroker. The club became popular due to its youthful appeal and having upscale members. They also prided themselves on heavy promotions and marketing with humorous and sexual connotations. Crunch Fitness has locations all throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. Locations are in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, Puerto Rico, and Quebec. Crunch Gym offers several classes for members to attend on a weekly basis. Chisel It is a class to shape, tone, sculpt, and chisel your muscles. Mind Body Burn is to restore, reset, and refresh your body. Cardio & Dance is a dance routine that allows you to get in the appropriate cardio workout. Action Sports is a full-blown body workout. Advanced HIIT allows you to work out in smaller groups with other members who share the same weight-loss goals. HIITZone is high-intensity training that focuses on the results by torching fat, sculpting muscle, and increasing metabolism. There are four HIITZone classes, which includes AccelerateHIIT, PunchHIIT, StrongHIIT, and ExtremeHIIT. In addition to the classes, Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Nutrition resources are also offered by Crunch Gym. The Base membership is $9.95 per month. It includes Workout Essentials, Locker Rooms with Showers, Free Crunch ONe Kickoff, Online Nutrition, Power Half Hour Circuit Training, and a Free T-Shirt. The Peak membership is $21.95 per month and includes the same as the Base membership, plus Group Fitness Classes, Crunch Live Online Workouts, and access to all 260 clubs. The Peak Results membership is $24.95 per month and includes all that the Peak membership includes, plus Guest Privileges, HydroMassage, Tanning, and Advanced HIIT Classes. To cancel your Crunch Gym membership, follow the cancellation instructions below.

• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Get a letter together and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
2. Send the letter, making sure to use Certified mail, to the address provided to you by the gym
3. Using your phone, call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

2. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Ask if you are in a contract or free to cancel
5. If asked to send a letter follow our instructions to do so!
