Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Get a new email together and include your account information. The subject line of your email must be “Cancel Membership”
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
4. You should receive an email confirmation in return. Do not consider your account cancelled if you do not see one.
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Using your phone, call (702) 430-9706
2. Let the rep know that you’re calling to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
