About Club Fitness

Club Fitness is a fitness club. The club was founded in the early 1980s. Their goal is to make fitness accessible to everyone. They want to help all people achieve their weight loss goals, regardless of their shape, size, age, experience level, schedule, or budget. Club Fitness is the only employee-owned fitness club chain in St. Louis. There are 17 locations in Missouri, located in the cities of Affton, Arnold, Brentwood, Chesterfield, Creve Coeur, University City, St. Louis, Florissant, O’Fallon, Rock Hill, St. Peters, St. Charles, and Wentzville. There are 6 locations in Illinois, located in the cities of Alton, Belleville, Collinsville, Fairview Heights, Granite City, and Wood River. They are scheduled to have four more locations open in the summer and fall of 2019. Club Fitness offers various classes. The Balance class helps promote muscle recruitment. The Barre classes focus on endurance and toning. The Cardio class brings the heart rate up and burns calories. The Core classes focus on building strength in the abdominal area. Indoor cycle classes help build metabolism and define the lower body. The Dance classes include fun dance moves to help you lose weight. The HIIT classes are high-intensity interval training and raise the heart rate. Intervals are a bit of everything, including core resistance training, cardio, and stretching. Additional classes include kickboxing, Mindful Yoga, Pilates, Piloga, Step Strength, Step, Strength, Synergy, Tabata, Vinyasa, and Yoga. Membership pricing varies by membership type and gym location. Follow these steps:

  1. Get a letter together and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
  2. Send the letter, making sure to use Certified mail, to the address provided to you by the gym
  3. Using your phone, call the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
  4. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number
  5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
