• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: ClassPass.com
2. Log in with Email address and Password
3. Using your device, go to this website: https://classpass.com/login/settings/membership
4. Click on the link or button that says “Membership Status”
5. Click on the link or button that says “Cancel Membership”
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
