• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address on the account
• Password
• Last 4 digits of Credit Card being charged
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.betterhelp.com/contact/
2. Put in your information where requested
3. Scroll down the page and find the orange button that says “Submit”
4. Click on the link or button that says the orange button that says “Submit”
5. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

Follow these steps:

1. Get a new email together requesting your account be cancelled
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask in the email 
3. Address your email to [email protected]
