• First Name
• Last Name
• Maiden Name
• E-mail Address on account
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State
• ZIP/Postal Code
• First 6 and Last 4 digits of the Credit you are being charged on
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Using your device, go to this website: https://www.ancestry.com/
2. Click on the link or button that says “Sign In” in the top right corner
3. Log in with email address and password
4. Click on the link or button that says your name in the top right corner
5. Click on the link or button that says “Account settings”
6. Scroll down the page and find “Cancel subscription”
7. Click on the link or button that says your reason for cancellation
8. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records

3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
