Fitness Connection is a fitness center that offers personal training, exercise programs, and physical fitness programs. The company was founded over a decade ago. The headquarters are based in Houston, Texas. The Chief Executive Officer of the company is Phil Howard. Currently, there are only three states that have Fitness Connection facilities in them: Nevada, North Carolina, and Texas. The facilities in Nevada are located in Reno and Sparks. In North Carolina, there are a total of 12 facilities. Six of those facilities are located in Raleigh. The other six are located in Charlotte. There are 26 facilities located in Texas, with them being in Houston, Dallas, Austin, Lake Creek, and Tech Ridge. There are several amenities offered at Fitness Connection. They offer Racquetball, Turf Training Area, FitFlix Theatre, Locker Rooms, Jacuzzi, Women’s Only areas, Group Exercise, Group Cycle, Personal Training, Basketball, Kid’s Club, Sauna/Steam, Team Training, Seniors Programming, Small Group Training, Workout Floor with cardio and weights, Swimming Pool, and Functional Training. The Kid’s Club is a facility for kids to use while their parent/guardian is using the facility. There is a two-hour limit in the Kid’s Club. Fitness Connection also offers various classes. Some classes are BodyPump, BodyAttack, BodyCombat, BodyFlow, BodyVive, Step Athletic, Fitcycle, Kickboxing, FitAqua, FitPilates, FitStep, FitYoga, Zuma, FitDance, and FitPoolates. Memberships are available to individuals and businesses (corporate memberships). Children who are age 11 and under are not able to work out unless they are with a special class. Children between the ages of 12-15 must have their parents sign the contract and be with a parent or training during all times. Teens ages 16-17 must have their parents sign the contract but they are able to work out alone. Membership pricing, facility features, and services will vary by location. 1. Using your phone, call the phone number of the gym you signed up with
2. Ask the rep to explain the cancellation process
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask and ask if you’re in a contract that would prevent you from cancelling

5. Request proof of your transaction in the form of an email or confirmation number as proof that you cancelled
6. Be sure to retain your cancellation proof for your records
